Add a New Listing

Select Area
Select area you want to post your listing to...


Next
Press Add Listing
Press Add Listing to start a NEW listing...

Post Listing
Here you will type, Spell Check and Post your JPG Photo for your new listing.
After typing your listing press Browse to look in your computer
for the Image you want to upload.


Next

Press SAVE..

Your Image will be resized to a max of 640x480 and
the Initial File Size limit is 1meg.


You have a new listing available for Publishing...
Publishing your new listing will Add it to one or more of the
thumbnail areas Homes, Condos, Waterfront, etc.


Click Here to Make Thumbnails In order for your listing to be published in the Thumbnail listings you will
need to Press this Image Link.
Pressing this will create your Thumbnails for your listing...
Click Here to Mark Thumbnails as SOLD

When a listing is sold, press this Image Link, SOLD.
This will mark the Thumbnails as SOLD.
If you pressed SOLD by mistake Just make the Thumbnails again.
this will remove the sold sign.

Select the Thumbnail displays you want the listing included in. ie. Waterfront, Condo, etc.
By Selecting the Check Mark Boxes.

Next

Press "Publish". This will Post the listing in the checked marked displays.
Here we show Waterfront, but it could easily have been published in Condos,
Lots, Acreage & Homes and UnCheck the Waterfront. Or Click them all. Always Click one.
By Pressing Publish you will place your listing on TOP of the Thumbnail Display Area(s).
And Make Thumbnail Listings with 5 Listings Each. Default is 10

To Feature your listing on your Home Page, Press "Feature Listing"
this will place your listing on the Top Left thumbnail displayed on your home page.
Since you Homepage only holds so many featured listings it will remove the
last featured listing from the Bottom Right.




Pressing "Show as NEWS" will Place your posted
listing in the center News Rotation. If no image is uploaded
News will have the MoreInfo image being displayed.
The Legend and the Closing Map are going to remain
in the First and 8th positions in the rotation.
The center 6 News slots are available for NEWS and Listings.
Pressing Show as NEWS puts your listing in the 2nd slot of news.
Pressing Show as NEWS from a different Listing will place it
on the second position and shove the 2nd to the 3rd position



Publishing a Second Photo ..
When wanting to include 2 photos in a Listing.
Start a Listing, Write your text and UpLoad your first photo.
Now, add comment to the Listing and type a one word description
of the photo in the text area and upload the second photo.
When the photo is displayed use the thumbnail tool and
press Publish under the second Photo..
This will include both photos in the Listing.
any number of additional comments and photos photos
can be attached.. Only the First 2 will be included in the listing..
If the visitor clicks for more details on the listing they
will arrive in the Index of Listings and see the additional entries.

When your second photo is UpLoaded you will see extra
check boxes appear on your form..
Only UnCheck these if you want to make a listing without the second photo.
The Text accompanying the Second Photo will be the Text entered
in First Entry in the Listing... Only.
Place additional Text and Comments and Pictures in all areas that you think of.
It gives people rewards for searching.

* Always UpLoad BOTH Photos before Publishing!!
* Always Publish the Second Listing Last!
* If you Publish the First then Publish the Second.


Delete a listing from a thumbnail list.

Select List(s) that you want to remove this listing from.

 

When calling up your content management system in a browser you will see a menu across the top which should have images for "Home", "Help", "Search", "Login", and "Register". Click the link/image that says register. You will be taken to a screen where you can select a user name.

If your desired user name is available you will either be able to login or you will receive an email with a temporary password - again this depends on what type of registration the administrator has set the forum to.

You can then proceed to login!

 

Logging In

Once you have registered, or if you are returning to a site, you can login to the site.  In the menu bar on the forum you will find an image/text that says "Login".  If it says "Logout" you are already logged in.  This can happen if you've already logged in before and chosen to have the forum remember who are you are.  This places a cookie on your system.  Once you choose "Login" you will be prompted for your user name and password.  If the combination is correct you will be allowed to navigate the forum as a user, rather than a guest.

Logging Out

If you are done browsing the forum you may decide to logout.  Perhaps you share a workstation with someone else, in this case you would want to log out of the forum upon leaving.  When you are logged in you will see "Logout" in the forum menu, select this and the forum will log your user name out.

Forgot Password

If you're trying to login to the forum but you forget your password or have lost it, you can retrieve it using the lost password tool.  On the login screen, next to the username field, it says "Forgot password?" Click this to be taken to the "forgot password" form.  Enter your username on this screen and press the Send button.  Your password will be sent to the email address registered to that username.
